I am Bella Angelysse Matias, running for State Assembly in District 38.

I come from a hard-working family and humble beginnings. My father was a city worker, he started as a token-booth clerk for MTA and worked his way up to Motorman/Train Operator. My Mother worked at the local Gold’s Gym which today has become Limitless Fitness. As a teenager I learned by watching my parents that hard work is a key component to a better life.
